Pilgrimage through the Holy Land

The Golden Gate, one of the eastern gates of the Old City of Jerusalem was walled up by Muslims in 810, unblocked in 1102 by Christian Crusaders, and resealed by Saladin in 1187. It is believed this is the gate through which the Jewish Messiah will arrive.
